Billing Policies and Procedures
To maintain our high standards, we utilize a weekly billing cycle. All tuition must be paid every Monday at drop-off. We offer various payment methods including our secure online system or debit/credit cards at the front desk. Keeping open communication about your account allows us to focus on what matters most: your child's growth and their daily classroom adventures.

Georgia CAPS Financial Aid
We believe excellent childcare should be affordable for everyone. Day Care Site is a proud partner of the Georgia CAPS program. Our office staff can assist you with the application process to help secure funding and reduce your out-of-pocket costs for your family's childcare needs.

When is tuition due?
Fees are due by Monday morning. A $25 late fee is applied to any account that is not settled by Monday at 6:00 PM closing time.
How can I pay my bill?
We accept major credit cards and ACH bank transfers through our parents' portal. For security reasons, we do not accept cash or personal checks.
Are there any family loyalty discounts?
We value our families. After one year of continuous enrollment with a perfect payment history, you will receive one week of tuition-free childcare care.
Is CAPS funding accepted?
Yes, we are a CAPS-approved center. We provide support for families navigating the Georgia state assistance applications.
What are the initial costs?
Initial costs consist of our non-refundable startup fee, which is fifty dollars per child.
